Careful Of Too Much Pre-Round Putting
While waiting for
your tee time, practice putting can fill the long wait. One thing to be cautious
of is overdoing it. When practice putting, your back is constantly bent over.
After a while the lower back muscles can become tired, strained, and stiff. When
you get to the first tee, you may have problems with a stiff back. Practice in
moderation, and spend time stretching and loosening your muscles.
