If you feel anxious while
putting, a good way to remove tension is to shake it out. Take your stance over
the golf ball and let your arms and hands just drop from your shoulders. Shake
your hands a little, and feel the tension drain out of your fingers. Grip your
golf putter and you should feel tension-free and ready to make a smooth stroke.
