GOLF TIPS - MARCH 2008

A Backswing Too Far

____________________________________________________________

If you swing the golf club back too far, it is difficult to get the club face back to square at impact. A short, compact backswing is the swing of choice for the modern PGA Tour player. To shorten your golf backswing, try maintaining your front knee in a stable way so that it does not point outward or backward. Keep your left heel on the ground while turning your hips and shoulders.
