Poa Can Make The Greens
Slower
Poa grass on golf greens will
often show itself in a whitish shade. Poa is often mixed in with bent grass and
can be deceiving. The golf greens will look as though they are fast, but the Poa
grass will tend to slow down your golf ball. If the green appears to be white,
you may have to hit your putts a little firmer.
