The Length Of Your Pitch Shots
To hit your pitch shots at
a controlled distance, try to set the length based on how far you swing the golf
club on your follow-through. By doing this, you keep a controlled
backswing while the follow-through of the golf club reflects the amount of force
that you place on the golf swing through impact. On the range, practice
different lengths of your back-swing, and note how far the golf ball carries.
Try to develop a feel for this shot in practice.
