Day Putting

If you find yourself
playing on a windy day and on fast greens, be careful. If the ball moves while
you have taken your stance and grounded the golf club, you must take a 1-stroke
penalty. To avoid this, try lifting your putter just a bit off the ground behind
the golf ball. If the golf ball is blown away, you will not have a penalty,
since you did not ground your golf club.
