Getting A Penalty From The Wind

If you are playing on fast
greens on a windy day, be careful of having the golf ball move on you. Before
you putt, mark your ball and keep the coin in place to allow the golf ball to
settle in its spot. When you set up to putt, do not sole your golf club. If the
golf ball is blown while your club is off the ground, you have not committed a
Rules violation.
