You hit what you
think is a perfect putt, and it stops, hanging over the cup but does not
drop in. Under the Rules, you should walk up to the golf ball without unreasonable
delay. Once you get to your golf ball, you may wait ten seconds to see if it is going
to drop. Do not jump up and down or wave at the golf ball. Wait your allotted time,
and tap it in if it doesn't fall for you.
