Callaway Putter Review
The Callaway Golf Company is probably the biggest name
in golf. They are certainly one of the most beloved
and comprehensive golf club and putter manufacturers
in operation today. Being a relatively young company
(started in the early nineties), it is the unique
vision of Callaway's founder, Ely Callaway, that has
taken this company to the top. The premise at Callaway
is that by making golf clubs that are easier to hit,
golfers will enjoy the game more. Now, the Callaway
Golf Company owns the Odyssey, Ben Hogan and Top Flite
golf brands. With an extensive line of putters coming
from the likes of Odyssey, you will not find too many
Callaway branded putters. Of these, the Callaway I
Trax Putter is a gem.

Boasting a sophisticated design, milled anodized aluminum and
a CNC milled putter head, the
Callaway I Trax Putter
is a solid piece of workmanship. A forgiving putter with ample
weight, it is the I-Trax alignment technology that makes this
putter unique. Two interchangeable vision strips let you
custom choose how to line up your putt. Each strip is easily
replaced with a special wrench and extra screws, which come
with the purchase of the putter. If you like heavy weighted
putters with a low center of gravity, this is a good buy. Two
heavy fixed weights are set in the face and a third is set in
the back sole. |
